REGULAR F&B

Establishments who provide a minimum standard set of dining services that are applied in general to all customers.

Examples: Fish & Co, Paradise Inn, Sakae Sushi, Swensens

 

BUFFET SEGMENT

Establishments who generally require customers to serve their own food. However, other services offered by Regular F&B would still apply

Examples: Sakura International Buffet, StraitsKitchen, The Buffet, Window on the Park Restaurant

 

QUICK SERVICE

Establishments who require self-service from customers but provides seating at the outlet

Examples: Hanis, Hans, Pepper Lunch, Pastamania
