The Singapore Service Star membership is a springboard for you to better your business. Interested businesses may submit an online application or download an application form and email/fax the completed copy to the Administrator – together with a copy of the business’s latest ACRA registration form. Applicants will be notified in writing on the outcome of their application.

Please have the following information ready when you apply: contact details of your top level management person, details of your company, details of the brand you’re applying accreditation for (including the addresses of all the outlets)
